Sunlogic Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026.
Sunlogic is operated by Solsun South LLC dba Sunlogic Contractor Services, located in St. George, Utah, United States ("Sunlogic," "we," or "us"). Contact us at office@sunlogic.pro about this policy or personal information.
Scope
This policy describes information handled through the Sunlogic contractor operations platform and its connected services. A company using Sunlogic controls the business records it enters and who can access its workspace. If your employer or a contractor entered your information, contact that company about its use of your information; you may also contact us for assistance. Separate written agreements govern any bookkeeping or managed back-office services.
Information we handle
We handle account and company details, user roles and workspace memberships; customer, vendor, employee and other business contacts; addresses and scheduling information; project and service records; costs, proposals, purchase orders, invoices and payment records; uploaded files, branding and generated documents; and information submitted in support requests. Documents and electronic acknowledgements may include a signer's name, email, acknowledgement and signing time.
Our application and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, authentication events and error logs to operate and protect the service. Authentication cookies and similar browser storage support sign-in and application functionality.
How information is used
We use information to provide the features you request, manage workspace access, generate documents, deliver authorized communications, operate connected services, provide support, troubleshoot errors and prevent misuse. We also use information when needed to meet legal obligations or handle disputes. Information in a company workspace is available to authorized users according to their permissions and may be shared with recipients the company chooses.
QuickBooks connection
An authorized workspace administrator may connect an Intuit QuickBooks company. We store the connected company identifier and name and encrypted authorization tokens. The current integration reads company information and previews customers, vendors and accounts; administrators choose which records to import or link. Imported records and their source links remain in Sunlogic until removed under the applicable retention process. When you choose to create a customer, Sunlogic sends the customer name and the contact and structured billing address details you review to QuickBooks. Existing matching records are offered for selection without overwriting their details. When you choose to send an issued standard invoice, Sunlogic creates that invoice in the connected QuickBooks company using your selected customer and product/service. When you request a payment refresh, Sunlogic reads the linked invoice and payment allocations, updates its payment records and retains a history of changes. Sending an invoice to QuickBooks does not itself email the customer. When you choose to export a purchase order or vendor cost, Sunlogic sends its reference, dates, descriptions, job and cost-code references, quantities where applicable, and vendor costs using the QuickBooks vendor, items, and accounts you select. Unpaid vendor invoices create Bills; paid costs create Expenses in the selected bank or card account. These exports do not initiate money transfers.
Disconnecting the integration stops its access but does not automatically delete previously imported business records. You can also manage authorization through Intuit.
Google services
When you connect Gmail, Sunlogic requests permission to identify the connected account and send emails you authorize, including business documents and attachments. The current Gmail integration does not request permission to read your inbox. We store connection details and encrypted authorization credentials, and retain application records associated with sending documents. Recipients receive the messages and attachments you choose to send.
Sunlogic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used to provide or improve the user-facing integration; it is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train generalized AI models. Access or transfer is limited to what those requirements permit, such as delivering the feature, addressing security issues, complying with law, or a permitted business transfer with consent. Human access is limited to permitted circumstances, such as your affirmative permission for support or necessary security or legal purposes.
You may disconnect Gmail in Sunlogic or revoke access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation does not recall messages already sent or automatically delete associated business records.
Where enabled, Google Maps address suggestions send the address search text and related requests to Google. Google's privacy policy governs its handling of those requests. You can enter an address manually without choosing a suggestion.
Service providers and other disclosures
Sunlogic uses Vercel for application hosting and Supabase for authentication, database and file storage. Intuit and Google process information involved in their connected services under their own applicable terms and policies. We share information with providers as needed to deliver and protect the service, with recipients you authorize, and when legally required. A business transfer may involve information subject to applicable law and the commitments in this policy. Additional restrictions above continue to apply to Google user data.
Retention, requests and security
We retain information for service operation, the company's recordkeeping needs and applicable legal obligations. Actual deletion timing may depend on record type, contractual requirements, disputes and provider backup cycles. Removing an integration is separate from deleting imported records or closing a workspace.
To request access, correction, export or deletion, contact your workspace administrator or office@sunlogic.pro. We may verify your identity and authority, coordinate with the company that controls the records, and retain information where required or permitted by law. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances; we will respond as required by applicable law.
We use access controls and encrypted integration credentials to help protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Children and changes
Sunlogic is a business service intended for adult authorized users, not a service directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Contact: office@sunlogic.pro.
